Oh we love grilling italian sausage... we do at least once a month. And now in the summer, it is a perfect and easy snack when relaxing by the pool! Enjoy.
When you have no time for grilling. get a frying pan, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and fry them on high heat, rolling them from time to time.
Cut them lengthwise and spread a little bit of djon mustard and sprinkle with few drops of balsamic vinegar. add some sauted broccoli rabe as sidedish and you are set.
